When in uniform he's clean and proper, having been raised by a Starfleet Officer and taught to keep his room tidy and in order. Outside of Uniform, he will often dress in a more casual and relaxed style. While he doesn't always wear his Bajoran family ear ring, he will when he is relaxed or during formal events.
